What does being a mother mean to you?
Jeannette Blas: For me being a mother means to be able to bring life. And that is an amazing gift. It has also meant to trust myself to have patience with myself. And at the end, things will work out and also to do everything with love no matter the circumstances.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a mother?
Jeannette Blas: I feel Conduent has supported me on my role as a mother because I have been able to grow in my professional career. I feel very thankful for the opportunities I've had here at Conduent. And also because I can share every milestone with my family and they can celebrate with me as well. And because of the great benefit of working from home, which allows me to share and spend more time with my family.
Share a tip for all working moms
Jeannette Blas: Well, the tip I would like to share with all working moms is that sometimes we do feel guilty of not being for our children, but there are priorities and that's a fact and everything that we are doing, it's also for our children. So we don't have to feel guilty. And of course, they, at some point will understand why sometimes we are absent, so we're doing it great. Keep on going.
