Elexus Gibson : With Conduent I am a customer service representative. I help assist members with their insurance information to make the process a little bit more easier for them. I've been with Conduent since 2019.
What does a typical day look like for you? What do you do?
Elexus Gibson : What a typical day consists of as being a representative. So from the time that I get in in the morning to the time that I leave that afternoon, my job is to help assist our members. So once I get in in the morning, I have a five minute time frame. Within that five minute time frame, I'm able to pull up my systems, pull up everything that I'm needing to ensure that we have a smooth sail during that call. Once those five minute time frame is up, I'm prepared to take my call. I assist our members. Once they ensure what the issue is. I provide them with a resolution.
