What does being a mother mean to you?
Edith Pastor: Hi everybody For me being a mother translates into just the most challenging project or job that I have ever had. But it also translates into the most rewarding one.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a mother?
Edith Pastor: Conduent has supported me in my role as a mother by giving me flexibility to combine my responsibilities with my personal life. Fortunately, I have had very caring and supportive leaders who understand the challenges behind being a working mom.
Share a tip for all working moms
Edith Pastor: A tip for all the working moms that I could share is just make sure you have a good support system. Talk to your manager if you're going through any difficult situation at home. I think open communication is the best solution for many of our issues or challenges. So I think that that will be my best tip for you.
