What does being a father mean to you?
Dimitri Rhenals: So being a father means a great deal to me. I think that this role definitely encompass a range of emotions and responsibilities that had shaped my identity and who I am since everything happened. Of course, it is associated with unconditional love and responsibility and guidance. But mostly for me, it is about learning and growing with our Children adapting to their changing needs and personalities. So even though it is really challenging, I think that is extremely fulfilling. So I'm very happy about that.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a father?
Dimitri Rhenals: Balancing the demands of fatherhood with a career can be daunting at times. But thanks to the support from Conduent I have been able to manage that situation. Conduent has understood the importance of family and work-life balance. And in my particular situation, I have been able to work in flexible schedules, work remotely and that has helped me to be present in very important family moments. Also, Conduent has granted me opportunities to develop my career without compromising my role as a parent. So I'm very grateful for that as well.
Share a tip for new fathers :)
Dimitri Rhenals: I think for new fathers would be to enjoy every moment as much as possible because time passes by extremely fast and before you know it, they are no longer your babies. So try to enjoy that journey.
