1. What is your name, job title, and how long have you worked with us?
Diego Mellado: Hello everyone. My name is Diego Mellado and I have been working for Conduent three years as of now. My role is Senior manager for the Transportation Line of Business leading an outstanding group of professionals that supports the PMO activities and solutions implementation.
2. What do you like most about working at Conduent?
Diego Mellado: I would say two aspects. The first one, people, people who are passionate to deliver the best of the customers, led by an outstanding leadership team. And the second one is that Conduent delivers solutions with a purpose. Solutions that are tangible and that have an enormous impact to the communities where these are deployed.
3. How does Conduent make you feel valued?
Diego Mellado: I would say trust in my capacity and giving me the autonomy to implement new ideas. But most importantly, trusting the opportunity to work with a team of fantastic professionals day in day out.
How have you grown at Conduent?
Diego Mellado: In my three years of experience working for Conduent. I've been trusted different positions in two of the line of business that Conduent has as a corporation. And the first line of business that I work for is the, the commercial line of business. And there I was, I started as a senior Project Manager for the document management automation unit. And then I became a Program Manager for that same unit serving one of the most impactful programs that this portfolio had. So I worked for commercial line of business for two years. The experience was incredible. I had a great leadership who helped me to develop new skills and helped me to exploit some skills that I also brought to the company from previous experiences. And then after I got the opportunity to lead the Guatemala PMO resources that supports the transportation line of business solutions implementation. On this role, I've been growing and learning during one year as of now. And the experience has been tremendous and nonetheless, the position or role that I have had or the line of business where I have worked for Conduent leadership has always been present and has been coaching and helping me to take my professional profile to the next level.
