What does being a father mean to you?
Carlos Morales: Well, a father is a role model, a protector. But I'll say most importantly, someone that they can trust, it means taking responsibility of doing whatever it takes to give to your Children. The best childhood that you can give them, it means being involved since the very beginning and showing them and telling them how much you love them.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a father?
Carlos Morales: Remember a father must be involved and must be present. And if I need time to go to my son's soccer practice or to my daughter's art class, I don't have to worry because at Conduent I have flexible work hours. A father is also a protector and I can give protection to my family with the life and medical insurance that Conduent offers me.

Carlos Morales: Here's my advice. Make time with your kids, your priority. When you look back on your life years from now, you won't regret not having worked longer hours. What you might regret is not having spent more time with your Children. Time spent playing on the floor or watching your baby sleep is time well spent. Enjoy every little moment of your fatherhood and enjoy everything that Conduent has to offer you.
