Amy Goode: I am an operations manager for Conduent. I oversee the production environment and make sure that client deliverables are being met as well as performance, being consistent. I have been with Conduent for 13 years and I've been in my role for the last four years and I love it here.
Amy Goode: What I like most about working in Conduent are the people. Every day I get the opportunity to meet new people, build bonds, make new memories. And I get to share my influence to a very large group of individuals. I've always liked helping people and I really feel like I get to do that here.
Amy Goode: I started as an associate. Just an associate level when I was just 19 years old and I was a young mother. I really wasn't looking for, you know, a long term career. I just need something to help pay my bills. but once I realized that there was an opportunity for growth, I decided that's what I wanted and I worked my way up the ladder from subject matter expert to service recovery department. I was a supervisor for a while and, now I've been an operations manager for four years. I really hope that my growth doesn't stop here and I can keep working my way up.
Amy Goode: My advice for associates just starting with Conduent is always just to give us time. I remember starting as associate that I can't do this. This isn't for me. You just have to hang in there, you have to give yourself room for mistakes. You know, we don't expect perfection out of anyone. We just really need your passion, we need your drive, we can teach you the rest. Every job is gonna have bad days but it's really how you make it through, that's gonna set you apart from others.
