Alaphia Jackson-Peart: Good day everyone have been working with Conduent since March of 2018.
What do you enjoy most about working at Conduent?
Alaphia Jackson-Peart: I am proud to be a part of Conduent's work family. What I enjoy most about working at Conduent is the environment is very friendly, professional and there is room for growth. I enjoy how management communicates with their employees.
How have your grown at Conduent?
Alaphia Jackson-Peart: I started out in March 2018 as an agent, I got promoted to a team lead. Then I got promoted to a supervisor. I would recommend Conduent to anyone who wants to work here because you can grow, you can grow professionally in the organization.
How does Conduent make you feel valued?
Alaphia Jackson-Peart: Conduent makes me feel valued when I am being recognized for my contributions. When I'm being acknowledged for my hard work. I feel valued when my manager shows her appreciation for even the little things that you know, I may do.
