What does being a mother mean to you?
Ada Mendez : Being a mother is a great blessing for me that makes me feel so special to be able to feel the purest and the most sincere love in this life that has no price. And I'm so grateful as well to have them choose me as their mother.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a mother?
Ada Mendez : Since the first day I started working at Conduent, my motivation was my family and my two sons. Conduent gave me the chance to develop my personal, my professional career and also be a great mother at the same time.

Ada Mendez : A tip that I can give is spend quality time with them and hug them.
