Priti Bajpai: During last 11 years, I had many promotions at Conduent. I have been part of mentorship program where a dedicated mentor is aligned to individuals so that they can learn and grow. Then there are internal external trainings that help you learn new skills or achieve new goals in terms of learning new things and that definitely helps to build my career at Conduent.
