Kayti Garrett: I am a Flex supervisor for the Aetna Project and I have been with Conduent for two years.
Kayti Garrett: My career at Conduent has grown and progressed. rather quickly. I started as a representative on the phones taking calls. Within the first six months I was in a team lead role. And then another about six months from that I was in a supervisor role. It took a lot of hard work and determination, but yeah, it's been my growth path so far and I know I'm working hard and, and hoping to be able to make that next step, as soon as the opportunity comes around.
Kayti Garrett: Conduent makes me feel valued with their commitment to my growth. Not all companies are so dedicated to promoting from within. but Conduent does. They have leadership in place. They give you the tools to do so. And, you know, internal growth is both beneficial to the employees and the employer. Um So, you know, I really, really admired that and have, you know, enjoyed that, that perk of, of working for the company.
