Katie ray: My position with Conduent is a Flex operations manager and I have been with Conduit since August of 2020.
Katie ray: My career at Conduent has grown a lot over the three, almost four years that I've been here when I started at in August of 2020 I was just an agent, taking phone calls and supporting the client. And then, a year after that, I moved up to being a team lead and supporting my supervisor as well as other supervisors directly. And then a year after that, I moved up to being a supervisor and getting to support the agents and other teams and management. And then earlier this year, I was moved to a flex operations manager position. So my career has not stopped growing the whole time that I've been here.
Katie ray: Conduent has made me feel valued by recognizing my knowledge and my tenure within the company and allowing me the opportunity to continue to grow within the company and move and learn new things. and they understand being a person and having a life outside of work and they have just been really wonderful about, you know, when things happen and you have emergencies or anything like that. They have been really great at understanding and they really take it into consideration hat you are a person and that you do have things going on outside of your life. You're not looked at as just a number and I really appreciate that and I love that and I really love Conduent.
