Nikita Hunter: Hi, my name is Takita and I'm a Flex Operations Manager and this June I'll be working at Conduent for eight years.

Nikita Hunter: In the eight years I've been here. My career has grown. Um I started off as an agent on the phone and then I moved into training and after training, I was given my own team, I became a supervisor. I'm a supervisor for a few years. And last year I was given an opportunity to become a flex operations manager.

Nikita Hunter: Conduent has made me feel valued because not only did they recognize my skills, they also continued to give me materials to enhance them.
