Brittany Abdel Azim: I am a supervisor here with Conduent. I've been with Conduent for three years.
Brittany Abdel Azim: I started with Conduent as a call center representative, I quickly progressed to a subject matter expert helping assist our new hire advocates with call questions as we helped prepare them to transition to production. Within a year, I was able to move into assistant team lead role, helping support not only my supervisor but also their team. Within two years, I transitioned into becoming a supervisor taking on the duties and responsibilities of managing my own team.
Brittany Abdel Azim: Conduent makes me feel valued in so many ways. When I first started with Conduent I found value in being able to advocate for our members throughout the day. Each interaction that I created with each member gave me the opportunity to create the perfect member experience. As I moved up within the company, not only was I able to help guide and lead many advocates in the direction of success, but I was also able to make a bigger impact on ensuring that even more members were able to experience the perfect member experience.
