1. What is your name, job title, and how long have you worked with us?
Natalia Chajon : My name is Natalia. I am a Customer Service Representative and I've been working with Conduent for about a year and a half.
2. What do you like most about working at Conduent?
Natalia Chajon : So what I like about Conduent is the environment that I work in. There's always a lot of opportunity to grow with the company and people aren't afraid to speak up. I love that whenever I need to learn something, people aren't afraid to teach me and I'm not afraid to ask.
3. How does Conduent make you feel valued?
Natalia Chajon : Conduent makes me feel valued because I am constantly giving feedback about my performance. And I'm also constantly being helped. And that really makes me feel like I have my place in the company.
How have you grown at Conduent?
Natalia Chajon : So when I started with Conduent about a year and a half, I wasn't that good at my performance, but I received a lot of help from a lot of people and I got to a higher position where I got to help a lot of people that started just like me. So, yeah, little by little, I was learning a lot from a lot of people, a lot of supervisors, a lot of teammates that helped a lot and that's where I am now because I wasn't afraid to ask, they weren't afraid to teach me. And I thank them a lot.
