How long have you been at Conduent?

Geron Tapia : Hello, My name is Geron Tapia. I'm currently a supervisor at the Puerto Rico Call Center and I've been with Conduent for two years.

What do you like most about working at Conduent?

Geron Tapia : One of the things I like the most about working at Conduent is that it feels like we're a family here where upper management cares for us, additional to that showing gratitude to the associates, letting them know that we're here for them, that we care for them, motivating them on a personal level, is one of the things I like the most about working at Conduent.

How have you grown at Conduent?

Geron Tapia : I started working with Conduent in September of 2020. I was later given the opportunity in May of 2021 to become a team lead. And four months later, I was given the opportunity to become the overnight supervisor for Puerto Rico Call Center.

How does Conduent make you feel valued?

Geron Tapia : So one of the things that makes me feel valued here about working at Conduent and being a supervisor is the opportunity that I have gotten to meet my upper management staff. I know that in many other companies you have a boss but you don't know your boss, so having the opportunity to know who my actual upper management staff is and getting to know them on a personal level is something that makes me feel very valued here as a supervisor and Conduent
