A day in the life of a Customer Experience Associate

Elexus Gibson : With Conduent, I am a customer service representative. I help assist members with their insurance information to make the process a little bit more easier for them. I've been with Conduent since 2019.

Elexus Gibson : What a typical day consists of as being

Elexus Gibson : a representative So from the time that I get in in the morning to the time that I leave that afternoon, my job is to help assist our members. So once I get in in the morning, I have a five minute time frame. Within that five minute time frame, I'm able to pull up my systems, pull up everything that I'm needing to ensure that we have a smooth sail during that call. Once those five minute time frame is up, I'm prepared to take my call. I assist our members. Once they ensure what the issue is. I provide them with a resolution.

Elexus Gibson : Personally what I like best about my job. I love being able to help. I love being able to just be there for other people. I try to look at our members as if they're my family or if they're me for an example because one day I might need that same assistance or the help as well. So I try to look at our members as if they're family. So that, that's what makes me enjoy my job honestly is being able to help, being able to be there for others.
