Nazarie Manning: At Conduent, I am a health care customer service representative. I've been at Conduent for about eight months. This October, we'll make it a year assisting customers with password reset, any question that they may have in regards to, you know, their account or what they signed up for, you know, just getting them into the all to the right area and just kind of explaining what Conduent does, you know, and what we offer as well.

Nazarie Manning: A typical day. What that looks like for me essentially is waking, waking up, clocking in telling my team members good morning. Kind of getting an update on what happened after I clocked out or is there any important messages checking my emails going through cases? and then going through any cases that I worked over the course of a couple days or the week or so or asking necessary questions, just kind of getting set up, just um researching, researching answers, researching how I can be a better customer service representative. What more could I offer going through practice steps? Just kind of overlooking all of my phone calls to see how I can assist the the next customer, how I can do better from yesterday today and tomorrow?
