Carlos Rivera: Hello, my name is Carlos. I work for Conduent. I am customer service representative and I've been in Conduent since September 2nd 2022.
Carlos Rivera: A typical day for me is pretty much assisting the customers over the phone with any questions, regard concerns regarding the account or accounts. Also, as is my coworkers or my teammates regarding any questions, doubts or clarifications will procedures and is my supervisor as much as I can in any support or any areas of support they need me to or she needs me to.
