Katrina V Davis: A typical day for me will be assisting the members with claims finding providers for them, also assisting them with any other concerns or issues that they may have getting down to the bottom of the problem, resolving it.
Katrina V Davis: Most of the time at the end of the day report, you can see as many as 23 calls per day or higher. But at the time of the services that you're providing for the members, you're not really counting interactions. You just wanna see how you can help the member resolve the issue.
