Jamila wise: A typical day for me would be, um, answering about 65-70 calls in the call center. Lots of multitasking, reading, reviewing, noting. I may have have to send an email while on a call, making sure the call gets noted before closing the call, making sure everything is submitted for that phone call before ending it. So again, lots of multitasking, assisting clients with things like, requests, updating addresses, making sure address phone number is updated in the system. You may have general inquiries about the program, those who are looking for information. how does it work? What's covered, guidelines. So those things, so it's pretty fast paced throughout the day. like I said, lots of multitask.
