What first brought you to Concepts & Results?
Hi there, my name's Melissa Mitchell. I own a marketing agency. I've actually been using concept and results for, I reckon, 2022 years. We originally started using them, uh, not for my business, um, because my business has only been around for about 5 years, but we originally started using them for personal finances, investment properties, and then we got into self-managed, um, Funds, uh, super funds, and then when, of course, I started my business, it was a natural progression to, oops, excuse me there, natural progression to use them for my business. So we've been really happy. I would not trust anyone else with my business. Um, I am not great with numbers and that sort of thing. It makes me really nervous, so knowing I've got the team behind, behind me, Phillip has attention to detail. Um, Rocky always gets onto me when something is due, due. Alan has got my bookkeeping sorted, so I not only use them for accounting, I use them for bookkeeping. I use them for everything. So highly recommend them, would not go anywhere else. As I said, we've been using them for over 20 years, so we're not going anywhere else, and I highly recommend them.
