Tracy Pound: My name's Tracy Pound from Maximity. And I'm very proud to say that I've been a member of CompTIA since 2012, the UK and I Spotlight Awards are quite unique in that they're completely unbiased and unsponsored. So the panel of judges who will vote for the winners will not know who anybody is in there. So they can't apportion any form of bias to people they either do or don't know. And for members who are thinking about getting involved, then it's a great way of increasing your credibility, not only as an individual, but also for your organization in an industry where we're not necessarily trusted as much as we should be. So to have that third party independent endorsement of who you are, who your business is I think is invaluable.
