Kate Schlarf: Hi, this is Kate Schlarf with Moovila I'm in my second round with the mentorship program. Initially, last year I joined as a mentee because I was new to the channel and really interested in learning more about CompTIA and how to get more involved. What industry shows my organization should be at and much more. I had a great mentor of the first round. So I decided that I might want to give back this round and sign up to be a mentor. I was a little nervous because I wasn't really sure if there was people that were a match for my skills. I have a lot of marketing background but not a lot in the channel, but CompTIA has a match for everyone no matter your role or the skills you're bringing. There's probably someone that is looking for that type of skill and to learn from someone like you. So I highly recommend joining the program either as a mentee or a mentor or as both in two different sessions. Like I did to get a great experience and learn more about CompTIA and learn more about yourself and how you can grow within the channel.
