Eric Torres: Eric Torres here VP of Channel for Scale Pad. And I am super passionate and excited about CompTIA's mentorship program just being there from the the early onset of formulating what it would look like, what it would be, what it would include to actually putting pen to paper and, and helping build that out. All of us throughout our careers have had somebody and in most cases like me, multiple people that we relied on to help us throughout our journey that we bounce ideas off of that we come to for advice, that kind of show us the way that's the whole premise of what CompTIA's mentorship program is. It's to help others and be that, that rock for them as they continue through this journey that, that we're all on. I enjoy this so much that we're actually brought it into ScalePad internally. We recently launched our own internal mentorship program where we're taking a lot of the ideas that we worked on at CompTIA and even taking it up a notch and just being that helping hand to new employees and new people in this industry in this space as they start their journey. This is something that is very much needed and I'm super thrilled to be a part of it.
