I'm with Per Scholas. and I would say when it comes to incorporating more DEI into your conversation, your company or just your wider community, the best thing you can do is just get started, do what you can with what you have. So if that means joining a group to mentor and support people getting started in the field, go ahead and do that. If you're able to change your descriptions for the roles, go ahead and do that. But whatever you can do, get started, don't be afraid to fail and ask for feedback, then genuinely apply it. Pivoting is OK. Adapting is OK. Not trying is not.
