My key takeaway from the DEI session this morning was that I believe we gotta change the turn the tables around and um start the conversation with inclusion. inclusion should be the driving factor that will produce equity and diversity.
Degley Mendez: One way to start inclusion is to have an open door policy with your staff. make them feel comfortable, make them feel that they can come to you with any problem and also make sure that they know that they can rely on the rest of the team. We're a team and that's, that's what matters.
