Carrie Green: I was part of the mentorship program through CompTIA in both the first cohort, as well as continuing on into the second cohort. The first cohort I joined as a mentor and was happy to work with my mentee on anything that they were looking for assistance in and you know, were finding challenging within their career. So specifically, we worked towards the growth and moving him forward in his career from where he was as a project tech into the leadership side of things and different strategies that have worked for me in the past. So I was happy to share some of those experiences and expertise that I have. And in this cohort, I'm actually joining as a mentee and I'm working towards my public speaking um and just being more confident in, in a crowd. So I think that there's something for everybody within the mentorship program and we all have something to give and we all have something to learn and so we're really stronger together and being able to share and to also learn from each other is a powerful, powerful tool that I think we tend to forget about. So I'm super excited about the mentorship program, happy to be a part of it. And um look forward to seeing the launch through the UK and I uh community as well.
