Shane Han: Hi Estelle, thank you for having me. So I'm part of the Sophos MSP team covering the APJ region. but I also have the special attention to the ASEAN region, the Southeast Asian region. So helping a lot of the ICT solutions providers and many service providers in building their capabilities out with Sophos but also in the greater part with CompTIA helping out in in the ASEAN region to build the capabilities and the proficiencies of the ICT solutions providers. Excellent. Thank you so much for sharing that with us, Shane. It's always great to hear what you bring to the table, what your experience is and how you're helping us really carve a path to success for this region. So I have another question for you with this being a really brand new region where CompTIA has come in and we've built a CompTIA Community in this region. Tell me what you're most excited about. Yeah, absolutely. I think first of all, I would like to thank CompTIA Community for, coming down to the Southeast Asian region last year. We really appreciate the support and um the presence because there hasn't been a lot of community or trade associations that has a focus in this region and, ah especially on the ICT space and for the managed service providers. Now, what I'm truly excited about, as I mentioned that this is the very first community from the Southeast Asian region for many service providers. So a lot of aspiring IT resellers or many service providers out there who have not heard about CompTIA Community be first to join us. and a lot of benefits that are available right now including the recent changes to the CompTIA certification discounts. I think that is one of the biggest and most exciting news that is coming up in the region. and of course the other part, which is the Trustmark where we are already seeing a lot of attention, a lot of and it, it's getting really popular with a lot of, many service providers out there because it sets them apart and differentiate themselves, in terms of the level of service and the level of security that they possess, against their competitors. So I think this is a really exciting program that is available for a lot of the ICT members. and I invite all all members to, to participate in that program. That's excellent. Thank you so much and, and, and thank you for also talking about, you know, those tangible benefits members can have when they are part of our association. The things that people really also focus in on is that networking aspect where they can collaborate, they can come in and have opportunities to engage with people in an, in the industry that they might not often have the chance to collaborate with. We are focused on MSPs. We also focus on the larger ecosystem. mostly the channel where we're looking at vendors and distributors as well and they bring a wealth of knowledge to the conversation and to our meetings as well. They come to learn and also to give back as yourself, you know, coming in from. Sophos I know that there's a lot that you contribute to, to our meetings as well. So just letting people know that this is open to anyone that is interested in technology, you're more than welcome. There's lots to learn. And there's also an opportunity to give back. We are very much a community that gives back because if we open the door and we share our learnings with other people, it all makes it for a positive impact for individuals, for businesses to be operating at a higher level. having the technology industry thriving and having a positive impact on society. So just closing off because we want to keep this like a nice, you know, concise video and you've explained a lot, Shane and I'm glad that we get this opportunity to introduce you to the rest of the world. Tell us a little bit more about what you would say to people, say they know nothing about CompTIA. What would you tell them to come and join us? Change your on mute apologies. I think the the message is clear and well said as well. I think the community really is more than just us as individuals. It's really the whole community network channel network, the resellers distributors coming in. So a simple message for all who hasn't heard about CompTIA come join us, take a look, experience as a member experience, the networking and the events, you know, shared insights and at the same time, ah we are offering this as a one year membership free for most of the members.
