Antwine Jackson: My name is Antwine Jackson. I'm president and founder of Enitech out of Raleigh North Carolina. I think one of the key takeaways from the session was kind of building awareness when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion. I think that we're learning that this is constantly an evolving process and plan a lot different than what it was in 2021 and in 2024 and beyond. I think for us, we are going to take some of the discussion and really learn from that and try to build a better program that is more inclusive for our employees and hopefully for our peers.
