Cynthia Mooney: The reason that the CompTIA North America community chose the Starlight Children's Foundation is because the amazing work that they do with seriously ill children and their families, whether they're in the hospital or at home and granting wishes.
Cynthia Mooney: The CompTIA community giving program is important to our membership because it gives us an opportunity to give back to our communities. It's really a great way to make sure that the funding that we provide, that it not only goes towards us to help us become better businesses, but that we can actually give back to our communities where we live.
Adam Garone: Hi, I'm Adam Colcord. I'm the CEO of Starlight Children's Foundation. Hospitals can be a really scary place for kids. They're going through medical procedures. There's pain, there's boredom and there's stress, but that's exactly why Starlight exists to transform the hospital experience through play because we know that happy kids heal faster.
Adam Garone: and vulnerable populations. And thanks to the very generous support of CompTIA, we're able to reach even more low income and underprivileged families in hospital. With this year's grant, we're able to bring our Starlight Nintendo Gaming Station to 20 different hospitals and our Starlight hospital gowns and toy deliveries to hundreds of other hospitals.
Adam Garone: CompTIA's dedication to supporting initiatives that serve underrepresented communities, continues to make a huge difference in the lives of sick and hospitalized Children. And we thank you all so very much.
