One would be don't expect results overnight. This is an 18 month or three year long term plan of being able to add sales partners to your sales strategy. Another is keep it simple, right? You don't want to make a 10 part program for them to have to join and sell and jump through a bunch of hoops. You wanted to make it easy for them to engage and sell your product and be successful.
