Aaron Wood: Hey everybody. Aaron Wood here. I am the head of competitive intelligence at Box, the content cloud.
What will you be discussing at Virtual Competitive Intelligence Summit and why have you chosen this topic?
Aaron Wood: At this year's Competitive Intelligence Summit, I will be moderating and participating in a panel with some other CI experts where we're gonna discuss how to engage with your senior level executives and how you maintain engagement with your key stakeholders. I think topics that are very much at hand for all of us.
If you could share one piece of advice to those who are just starting out in the competitive intelligence space, what would it be?
Aaron Wood: Don't try to boil the ocean. Incremental progress is better than delayed perfection. So a lot of quotes I could give you. But at the end of the day, they all mean the same thing. Just get started doing something. And one of the best ways that you can get started is by joining in the CIA community, it's rapidly growing and evolving. There are plenty of people to learn from, and once you're ready start contributing to that as well, regardless of company size or the industry that we're in or the vertical that we may be in. There are things that we can all share with each other that we can all take a piece and customize that to our own CI program. So get involved, learn from others, there's so much out there. And then again, once you're ready participate.
