How did you feel before you started with us?
Hi, my name is Tamara and I'm here to give my testimonial about the thrive class. I've been a member of Coliseum since 2018 and I was really intrigued when Joe sent me the email about this new program. I signed up and my coach is Rich. Um I have seen tremendous improvement. Um, he knows what, you know, my issues are and he works with me. The personal training session is amazing. It's targeted towards, you know, whatever your issues are or whatever you need to work on. You just let your coaches know rich and I, um, are associated from being in prior classes. So he really understands me and understands what my goals are. He is amazing. The whole crew is amazing. Coach Eddie is amazing. Coach coach Rich is amazing. Not only is it targeted to your specifics, but they really are there to support you and help you through whatever your issues are, they motivate you. They're always there for you. There's always a listening ear, they're always encouraging. If there's anyone out there who has any reservations about trying this class, I think that they should, I'm much stronger. Um, I have more flexibility. And I just know that as I continue with the program, I will just get better and better.
