How did you find your way to your current role at Coca Cola?

Chris Christidis: Hi, everyone. The question being, how did you find your way to your current role at coca-cola? It was really a byproduct of taking a bit of a risk and opportunity to walk away from the day to day DC and join the, um Cona team as we look to implement a new ERP or a new software system into the Coca system. At that same time, we were actually selling the organization as well. And so the culmination of those two things made it very attractive. and really coming out of that ERP the different nature of the roles and from a more national and holistic standpoint, really call it made their way on my plate and, and was certainly a byproduct of some fantastic mentoring and, and great partnerships.

Could you share a few details about the favorite part of your role and the team at Coca Cola?

Chris Christidis: The question being, could you share a few details about your favorite part of your role and the, and the team at coca-cola. My favorite part about my current role is, is my ability to connect with people from a national perspective. And, despite how standardized we are across the system, you'd be amazed at the nuances and the people that we have across the system. And me having the, the pleasure of connecting with people from a national perspective, be it from the maritimes all the way out to BC in Victoria offers a, a great opportunity for me to connect with leaders in the organization and understand what they're doing to make their business better. That those connections really allow me an opportunity to try to shape a little bit of the agenda that we do have across um the whole standardization portfolio and what we're trying to do as an organization. But for me, that's the, that's the best part of about the current role that I have is having an opportunity to connect with people really from a national perspective.

What stands out to you about the culture at Coca Cola?

Chris Christidis: The question being what stands out about the culture at coca-cola? for me, the, the culture at coca-cola is, is, is really a host of overachiever which, which is nothing short of fantastic to, to work with. We have a fantastic group of people who are well engaged and committed not only to managing their local businesses, but understand the national scope as well, which I think is critical to the overall success of the organization. Um But it's these overachiever that are always willing to take on new and different initiatives all the while maintaining, you know, a really customer backed approach to how we manage our overall business. And so um what stands out about the culture is, it's, it's really, we're a, we're a group of overachiever that are looking to make the, the, the organization a better place for all of us.
