Please briefly introduce yourself.

Heather Hurd: Hello, everyone. My name is Heather Hurd and I am the Senior Director of the global content studio at FIS. I would love for you to join me at this year's AI and marketing virtual conference where I will be talking about the wins and warnings when it comes to content creation, leveraging AI. It is really going to be a session full of some real world examples and a lot of talk about the benefits and the limitations of using AI when it comes to your content creation. I know everyone is looking for ways to build efficiencies specifically around this and I will be talking quite a bit about what you can do and what maybe AI doesn't do quite as well so that you can start thinking through the better ways that you can use AI in your content creation planning. My number one tip for leveraging A I for marketers is absolutely just to stay curious, these new tools are evolving every single day and things continue to change as we continue to learn more about what they can do. We also know that things are getting better every day. And so really the best way to leverage these tools for anyone in marketing is to be ready to be really agile about your approach to them. You wanna make sure that you are making space for your team to play around with the tools and figure out how they can best create efficiencies for your team without taking away the things that your team really does well.

What will you be speaking about at the upcoming AI for Marketers Virtual Summit?

Heather Hurd: At this year's A I for marketers virtual Summit. I will be giving a keynote that specifically focuses around the ways that you can leverage AI for content creation. So I will be deep diving into specific real world examples and also talking about both the benefits and the limitations of generative AI tools when it comes to your content strategy and content creation.

What is your number one AI tip for marketers?

Heather Hurd: My number one AI tip for marketers is to stay curious. These tools are changing all the time getting better every day. And that means we have a lot of opportunities to really dig into what they can do to make our job better and easier. They aren't going to take away our jobs, especially if we are focused on really digging into how they can be leveraged for more efficiency, for more productivity and to give our teams the time to really focus on the ways that they bring their unique skills into marketing.
