Who are you and what do you do?

Franklin Smith: My name is Franklin Smith and I am the Client Experience Specialist at Oregon Tilth. Um, in a nutshell, essentially, this means I work to make sure our clients have a successful, seamless, and as frictionless as possible certification experience with us through the lifetime of their relationship with Oregon Tilth.

What problem were you looking to solve when you found CPC's Premier Access?

Franklin Smith: I know we first initially found CPC and Travis when we were looking to do a general overhaul of our Salesforce CRM system, specifically for me and my team, the problem we were looking to solve that we really had a great relationship with Travis on was when we were doing a general clean up and reorganization of our records and Salesforce primarily with all of the leads that we have accumulated over the past 10 years. And Travis really helped us to reorganize them, figure out a way to clean up the records so we only have active leads in there and it's an accurate representation of the actual clients that we could potentially work with, which was a huge project and we're really grateful for his help on that.

How did CPC’s Premier Access service help you solve this problem?

Franklin Smith: Specifically for this problem. CPC and Travis just helped us to think of a way to really systematically approach this problem and break it down into manageable steps. So he helped us to integrate a survey to send out with via TypeForm and how to connect that with Salesforce, how to create campaigns and reports to manage the whole project and, just how to overall make sure everything really meshed well together and, flowed seamlessly.

Franklin Smith: Really, I would just say the personalized support that we got from Travis and CPC through all the problems, he walked us through it and we never felt like we were in the dark with anything. It's really quick to get back to emails and other requests for information and help. And I really felt along this whole process in solving the problem that he was there for us.
