What was the main challenge you needed to overcome with Cloud Pathfinder Consulting ?

Nick Taylor: We hired Cloud Pathfinder to help us with a full scale Salesforce implementation that also allowed us to have integrations with our order fulfillment processing software. And also to get us fully functional integrations with our Quickbooks financial platforms that we could best serve our customers from end to end order fulfillment all the way to billing.

Could you describe a time that Cloud Pathfinder Consulting helped your business, including any metrics that come to mind?

Nick Taylor: One of the most fun integrations we had with Cloud Pathfinder was a integration to our order fulfillment processing platform called Fish Bowl. And it was enormously difficult to work with. But Jesse, Wes and the team did an incredible job helping us with discovery and discovering more about the software that we didn't know about and how it might help us integrate and how we might be able to better use Fishbowl and not only Fishbowl, but how Fishbowl could best integrate with Salesforce and how those two platforms would talk to each other in a way that helps us serve our customers in the most effective way possible. And the deep dive that Jesse and his team did with us to not only understand the software that wasn't Salesforce so that we could connect to Salesforce and serve the customer was just incredible and it was a huge help to us in our business in getting our customers the best service possible.

What has been the most significant impact of working with Cloud Pathfinder Consulting?

Nick Taylor: Cloud Pathfinder helped us beyond just implementing the platform, getting us up and running, creating all the APIs working on some Apex code so on and so forth. But they went a step further and empowered our team by teaching us how to become better stewards of our own platform. How do we increase data integrity? How do we increase adoption rate? How do we make sure that we are getting the best information possible? And they did that out of a coaching style that really helped us become true owners of the product. So that when our time came to an end with Cloud Pathfinder, we not only felt that we had done a great job implementing the platform but that we were empowered to actually make the decisions and take action that we needed to, to get the best use out of sales force possible.
