What was the main challenge you needed to overcome with Cloud Pathfinder Consulting ?

Matt Koley: When I came on board with our company, I was faced with the task of establishing Salesforce as our primary CRM tool for the sales team. Cloud Pathfinder Consulting under Travis and his team's guidance, not only helped translate our ideas that we had into a well organized and flexible system, but also addressed additional complexities we ran into along the way. For instance, Travis helped us build a system to import the leads that we got from national trade shows and conferences. Facilitated creating an efficient system for tracking website inquiries and monitoring, key project status updates for our team. One item for us that stood out in particular was the help that he provided guiding us through the implementation of Microsoft Outlooks plugin for Salesforce. This single add-on really enabled our sales team to work seamlessly within Outlook, enhancing the overall workflow within the system for all of our team.

Could you describe a time that Cloud Pathfinder Consulting helped your business, including any metrics that come to mind?

Matt Koley: Coming from a pre-Salesforce era, our website's Contact Us web form had inquiries that came into a generic shared email inbox that lots of people had access to. And this presented a number of challenges for us to quantify the leads coming in to follow up on a timely basis and created the potential for redundancy and communication back to people. With Travis's help, web leads now go directly into Salesforce and they're clearly displayed on an easy-to-monitor dashboard right at login. Now, we efficiently plan the necessary steps for follow up for all incoming inquiries, fostering a more informed and responsive approach to all of our leads.

What has been the most significant impact of working with Cloud Pathfinder Consulting?f

Matt Koley: Drawing from my past experiences working with multiple different CRM systems throughout my career, the challenge has always been able to optimize the features within the constraints of a subscription service without having to resort to paying for unnecessary add-ons. And this is really where it's been invaluable to work with Travis and his team on this. His guidance through this process has saved us considerable time while keeping the subscription costs for Salesforce from really ballooning. Having an expert like Travis who possesses the in-depth understanding of the platform has proven instrumental in steering us towards informed and strategic decision- making. And really this has reinforced the overall success for us for Salesforce implementation.
