What was the main challenge you needed to overcome with Cloud Pathfinder Consulting ?
Colin Veerkamp: The main challenge I needed to overcome was a rather, I don't want to say over -engineered, but a rather complex Salesforce instance that had multiple owners over the years with no documentation, and multiple cloud types. And it became kind of a whack-a -mole of problems as you went through the automations and how everything was tied together. So I needed somebody that could take a deep dive with me unpack that system for optimization.
Could you describe a time that Cloud Pathfinder Consulting helped your business, including any metrics that come to mind?
Colin Veerkamp: Cloud Pathfinder helped me by sorting out the pipeline. It was again an over-engineered Salesforce instance with no documentation. So every enterprise AE on the team was doing something slightly different. There were fields that seemed to be on there for no reason. Weird rules and automation. So they helped me pour through that so that we could get actionable pipeline metrics.

Colin Veerkamp: The biggest impact would be a great relationship with a knowledgeable vendor that can partner with you to unpack the technical problems that allow the go-to-market motions actually work.
