What was your challenge prior to the implementation of the Eligibility Checker?
Roy Thomas: Before we had Cloud Maven, the challenges we faced was checking eligibility through different platforms, having to log in and log out of different platforms to check eligibility of each patients. Cloud Maven brought a lot of automation directly into our platform. It's built into our platform so we can do all the eligibility check and that's also with multiple patients or continuously one patient after the other in checking the eligibility, which made it much more easier and faster to do the eligibility check.

Roy Thomas: Now with the integration of Cloud Maven into our platform, it's just become part of the process. So when we are onboarding a patient, it just comes on its own. And to that point where we can automatically check the eligibility and Cloud Maven is so well integrated that it's a very seamless process in onboarding the patient. And the eligibility check is very critical in the process to validate whether we should go forward and enroll the patient into the system. And the eligibility check through Cloud Maven gives the proper result to make that decision.

Roy Thomas: The Cloud Maven Eligibility Checker has helped us to speed up the process. And so it's actually helped us to onboard more patients at a faster pace. It has definitely helped us to cut on labor to engage in more start and stop kind of eligibility check with different platforms. It's also integrated now into the platform that it's, it's one process, it's fast, it's done quickly. It has definitely cut back on the time and effort and money that we needed to spend in doing eligibility checks.
