What was your challenge prior to the implementation of SMS and eFax Guru?
Maria Pacitti: Our biggest challenges prior to the implementation of the SMS guru was finding a solution with a low cost per message and also the ability to send messages from mobile.
How are things better now using SMS and eFax Guru?
Maria Pacitti: We were previously using the native SMS routing through OMNI channel that comes with Salesforce. One of our biggest challenges with that was that it would all come into one big inbox and you can't transfer messages back and forth and you can't use it on mobile and you can't receive push notifications. This is a lot better because our agents are able to have a dedicated number and they're also able to receive instant notifications from the field.
Can you estimate how SMS and eFax Guru helped in metrics (e.g.sales, production, time, and money)?
Maria Pacitti: Our metrics have definitely seen a boost from the ability to give people a custom designated experience with their sales rep either right from the field or after hours. This is also really important because the office is able to monitor those messages for compliance, response times and other things that are important to our, our sales and our closing and our customer satisfaction. So for that reason, we've been able to do a lot more with just having these SMS numbers and this SMS mobile capability.

Maria Pacitti: We're definitely satisfied with the support at Cloud Maven. You get to know each person personally and you get the same people every time. Although it is a small team, it is a robust team. They know the products extremely well and they're able to resolve things fast.
