What was your challenge prior to the implementation of SMS and eFax Guru?
As a real estate company, we need our agents to be connected in the field. When we were shopping for an App Exchange app for Salesforce SMS. We kept coming up short, many of the apps did not integrate with Salesforce IOS mobile app. That was our biggest challenge. Another challenge was that fully customizable solutions had a really high cost per message. When we found Cloud Maven's app. We were so excited that we could receive mobile push notifications and have dedicated numbers per rep. Also, it was very reasonable in customization costs and has unrivaled support. We love our Cloud Maven SMS app. Thank you.
