What was your challenge prior to the implementation of the OFAC Checker?

Jason Abelt: What was our challenge prior to the implementation of the OFAC Checker? Well, we'd received a new requirement from our legal department that we had to comply with OFAC and SDN regulations. And we didn't have any native solution for that within our Salesforce platform. So we were seeking out a way that we could integrate that, make sure that any new accounts that we were creating and doing business with were in compliance with those regulations.

How are things better now using OFAC Checker?

Jason Abelt: How are things better now using the OFAC Checker? Well, it was exactly the solution we wanted. It, runs things perfectly. It checks against all the, lists that we need to check our contacts and accounts against for the sake of regulatory compliance. And it does, it seamlessly works without any problem and meets our compliance requirements perfectly.

Can you estimate how OFAC Checker helped in metrics (e.g.sales, production, time, and money)?

Jason Abelt: Can you estimate how OFAC Checker helps in metrics? Well, compliance is binary, it's either we're in compliance or we're outside of compliance. So using OFAC Checker allows us to meet our regulatory requirements and make sure that we're in compliance as far as abiding by OFAC regulations and checking any new accounts against the SDN list and that sort of thing. Of course, we could have done that manually. We could have gone to the government website and searched the list ourselves. But that would have been incredibly time consuming and using an integrated solution like OFAC Checker makes that process much, much, much more easy, a much simpler, much more streamlined as well. Using OFAC Checker allows us to report on that within Salesforce. There's no need to record any SDN hits on a separate document or anything like that. So it streamlines the process of checking these accounts against that list in to remain in compliance. So much, makes it a lot simpler.

What is your overall level of satisfaction with Cloud Maven, Inc.? Short quote.

Jason Abelt: What is your overall level of satisfaction with Cloud Maven? Oh Tremendous. Cloud Maven has been fantastic. When we first started scoping out options, they were easy to find their Sales team was very easy to talk to, they were able to demonstrate their product and demonstrate its value to us very well, the communication was on point. We never had to wait for an email. We were never left hanging as far as communication goes. We worked with Ashish during the implementation phase that went extremely smoothly. It was totally hands off for us. We just said yes, let's do it. Granted login access. Their team handled all of the technical side as far as integration and set up. And when they left, it was in perfect working order, they gave us documentation, taught us how to run the thing and it's been perfect ever since. So Cloud Maven as a team, as an organization has been a top notch, a great outfit, would recommend them for the product that we used. And anything else that they offer that we have any need for in the future, we'll definitely consider them a top contender.
