What was your challenge prior to the implementation of Credit Checker?
Ethan Keeler: The challenges we faced prior to implementation of credit checker was just the speed to be able to access personal data uh outside of our loan origination platform, the credit checker allowed us to streamline the process and be able to accurately capture and track and store the information necessary to make our credit decisions. So it is drastically helped speed up the process and reduce human error by having it all automated and in our system.
How are things better now using Credit Checker?
Ethan Keeler: Things are much better now that we've implemented the credit checker, it is a process that allows less human error by forgetting to upload information, forgetting to add specific information. It the timing for each transaction has gone down because of our ability to pull the credit reports within our origination system. So overall the the process has become much smoother quicker and allowed us to have a more properly accurate documentation system on the backend.
Can you estimate how Credit Checker helped in metrics (e.g.sales, production, time, and money)?
Ethan Keeler: It's difficult to quantify how much production and time and money was saved with the credit checker because we had originally brought this on board when we launched the system. Sage Creek is, new to the implement finance world. Throughout the demo process, It was evident that we needed to have this particular module to allow us to keep our head count down as we started our business from the ground up. So, while I can't quantify the amount of time that it is saved, I can attest to the fact that I did not have to add head count in my underwriting division for streamlining some of these processes. in the credit checker was certainly one of the largest items that we look at with the business model that we have.
What is your overall level of satisfaction with Cloud Maven, Inc.? Short quote.
Ethan Keeler: I'm very satisfied with Cloud Maven. They've been incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns that I've brought up. They've been very detailed in their response to questions that I have in regards to product offerings, billing questions and the team has been extremely friendly and, and great to work with as we started our business from the ground up last year and continue to have product sets that will allow us to grow and grow with us. They've been tremendous with working with us as a start up by customizing product sets solutions and pricing for what we're doing to allow us the opportunity to grow and grow with their product set.
