What was your challenge prior to the implementation of SMS and eFax Guru?
Breanna Stringer: The challenge that we were facing at must is specifically in two of our programs must mobile and our toy shop programs. And both of those events, we have appointment times or scheduled times, the clients need to visit our location. And so we didn't have a great way to reach out to a mass group of people and let them know of specific data such as location and time.
How are things better now using SMS and eFax Guru?
Breanna Stringer: Now that we have this texting feature, we're able to split up our clients into specific groups using the SMS reports. And we're able to customize the data that we need to send to them. Whether that's a specific day and location for one person or a event that's happening, that needs to go to a mass group of people. And then also if we need to send out an alert last minute because we have a cancellation, we're able to do all of that pretty quickly.
Can you estimate how SMS and eFax Guru helped in metrics (e.g.sales, production, time, and money)?
Breanna Stringer: Using the SMS guru system, we have been able to widen our reach and alert large groups of people such as some of our events bring over more than 400 families at a time. And we did not have a great way to send something like that to them because a lot of our clients don't have email or do email. So texting has been a great way to reach large volumes of people as well as for our toy shop, giving them the specific date and time. because they have 15 minute slots that they're supposed to show up. So having that easy access to send something like that has been a really great help.
What is your overall level of satisfaction with Cloud Maven, Inc.? Short quote.
Breanna Stringer: Overall, we've really enjoyed using the SMS guru system. We love the ability to be able to send out whatever we need to whenever we need to. And we definitely hope to be able to use the same type of feature and more programs moving forward.
