What was your challenge prior to the implementation of Credit Checker?
Ashley Morin: Hi, My name is Ashley Morren. I work for 7-Eleven and we've recently been able to implement the Credit Checker. This is a great feature. It has cut our credit processing time down by probably 75%. and it helps us be more efficient or we are able to work leaner. I would recommend every company if you're not already using this to, to do so. It just saves so much time. that's all I have. Thanks.
How are things better now using Credit Checker?
Ashley Morin: Things are better now using Credit Checker. They're better because the process is so much simpler than what it was before. Instead of us having to export a file, format that file go into Equifax and import that file. Wait for all the credits to come back. Then one by one, attach them into the appropriate file. This is like a one click and credits there. It's saved to the file. It's a huge time saver.
Can you estimate how Credit Checker helped in metrics (e.g.sales, production, time, and money)?
Ashley Morin: The Credit Checker has helped in metrics by saving us time and time is money. We used to have a team of six people and we spent, I would say a good hour to two hours, probably per day running credits on applicants. Now we are a team of three and credit is so fast that it, It's not even worth me blocking time out on my calendar to run credits. So, it's a definite time saver.
