Sinod: Hello everyone, my name is Sinod. And learning from this program has helped me achieve my goals through different ways like supporting, encouraging, and giving me the love to succeed in the community. Through the help of the staff at Calgary John Howard Society, my reading, writing, and digital skills improved a lot. And digital skills improved a lot a lot. For example, through the things I learned from this program I can now read confidently as well as of using the computer with minimum supervision. This program has made me stay away from crime and helped me build a career for myself. As someone who has been bullied and part of gang member in the community this literacy program has helped me stay away from the gang violence. I now see myself as a changed person who can advocate that literacy can be a tool for society change. I would like to use this to thank Calgary John Howard Society and its founder for this remarkable program. I'm so grateful for the love and everything else they give us.
