In addition to finding qualified candidates, and they did that after, signing up ClientMind we really never used the traditional headhunters out there anymore. But, in addition to finding those qualified candidates for us, they managed our recruiting program as a whole. They scheduled our our all of our interviews. They helped train our managers on interviewing techniques. They maintained the careers website. They maintained our candidate tracking system. In short, ClientMind was the partner we needed for Securicon to grow.

Paul Hurley, Retired CEO, Securicon: ClientMind's results. were just phenomenal and I think the the biggest advantage is that they worked closely with each specific hiring manager that had a slot open to identify what exactly that client manager need, or what exactly our managers needed, not just random shooting in the dark. They coached our managers through identifying the skills that were needed and the, the type of candidate that was needed, and they went out and found them, as a You know, they were our partner, a true partner from start to finish.
Would you recommend ClientMind to another company?
Paul Hurley, Retired CEO, Securicon: I would definitely recommend ClientMind to any other company. I'm sure that different companies will have different capabilities in-house. When we started using ClientMind, they did everything for us. They, they took care of the entire program. A more mature company and we were more mature later on, but we became so, we, we relied on ClientMind They were in our weekly staff meetings about the recruiting staff meetings. They briefed us, we briefed them on new requirements. Uh, they were, they were a good partner. I would recommend them to anyone, and I feel confident that they will shape a service for any company that needs them, whether that's an entire program management, the way we did. Or even as little as just finding the qualified candidates, they're very flexible, and I would recommend them to anyone.
