Tracy Cohn: Hi, my name is Tracy Coe and I'm a project manager at Nine Stone marketing.

How are you using ClickUp today? Any workflows that you've built that your super excited about?

Tracy Cohn: We use click up for our marketing agency to keep track of all client tasks uh to keep track of all contracted work, all internal team work and to make sure we're on track to get all deliverables made uh on time and back to the client.

What platform did you switch from to ClickUp and why?

Tracy Cohn: So we have used click up for our agency um since the beginning, but we have seen other clients use different platforms. And we actually have recommended using click up just because it's very simple, um easy to use, very user friendly and every team member can easily adopt it.

What is your favorite ClickUp feature? Why?

Tracy Cohn: My favorite click up uh feature is the time tracking reporting. So we can see across all team members and time logged, which is actually how we bill and invoice our clients. Uh We can get a report on, you know, every single client across all team members, all of our time spent. It also helps with productivity to see which project managers may be slammed or may have more availability to take on work. Uh and it's very helpful.

What are your top ClickUp tips, hacks, or pieces of advice for others?

Tracy Cohn: My top click up tips, um or pieces of advice would be to start simple. So when it comes to statuses of your lists or, you know, setting up workflows, it can seem like there are many features and it can seem overwhelming at first, uh but really start small into the statuses that make the most sense for you and your team and then you'll see that all of the automation and things after that only make the process easier.
